Draft: this text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Details in square brackets will be added.

We want everyone to be able to use Inkmirra. This statement describes how accessible our website and purchase flows are (information under the German Accessibility Strengthening Act, BFSG, for e-commerce services).

Description of the service

Inkmirra is an online service that turns a smartphone video into a 3D model of your tattoo, so you can document and share it. Artists and studios use it to present their work. Scans, packs and subscriptions are bought online via Stripe Checkout.

Compliance status

The reference is the harmonised standard EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 level AA. An independent audit is still pending; in our own assessment the website is partially accessible.

What is in place

  • Light and dark mode and accessibility settings in the profile (e.g. font size, contrast, reduced motion).
  • Keyboard operation of purchase, handover and redeem pages, visible focus, dialogs with focus management and Escape.
  • Labelled form fields, plain-language error messages, buttons at least 44–48 px high on mobile.
  • Responsive layout down to 320 px width, zoom up to 200%.
  • Legal texts as plain HTML with a heading structure.

Known limitations

  • 3D models in the viewer are visual content. We provide title, body part and description as text, but no full text alternative of the model.
  • Animated demo models on the home page cannot yet be paused everywhere.
  • Some older areas (scan upload, project details) are not yet fully tested with screen readers.
  • The payment page is provided by Stripe, which is responsible for its accessibility.

We are working on fixing these points.
