Accounts from age 16

Inkmirra is for people aged 16 and over. Only people aged at least 16 may create an account. By registering or creating an account by e-mail you confirm this.

Reason: scans show body parts. Consent to processing and sharing such data should only come from people who can give it themselves (cf. Art. 8 GDPR). In Germany, tattoos on minors generally require the consent of the legal guardians.

For artists and studios

• Do not scan people under 16 with Inkmirra.
• Do not show scans of minors in portfolios, the gallery or widgets.
• If in doubt about age: do not scan.

Report violations

If you notice an account or content of a person under 16 or content harmful to minors, report it via report content or by e-mail to inkmirra@think3ddd.de. We block such accounts and content.
