The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only (§ 13 BGB). Artists, studios and platforms ordering as businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Think3DDD – Jacobi & Lauer GbR, Teutonenstraße 74, 12524 Berlin, Deutschland, E-Mail: inkmirra@think3ddd.de, Phone: +49 (0)30 678 05 995) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also withdraw using the withdrawal function at the bottom of this page ("Withdraw from contract").
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Digital content (e.g. scan packs, unlocking a scan in full quality, buying a scan via QR code or when accepting a tattoo): your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you
- expressly agreed that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period,
- confirmed your knowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
- received a confirmation of the contract (including this consent) on a durable medium, e.g. by e-mail (§ 356(5) BGB).
We begin performance as soon as the purchased balance is credited to your account or the scan is unlocked.
Subscriptions (digital service, e.g. Ink Collector): if you asked us to start before the end of the withdrawal period, you pay a reasonable amount for the service provided until your withdrawal (§ 357a(2) BGB). The right of withdrawal expires once we have provided the service in full (§ 356(4) BGB).
You give this consent with a checkbox in the order dialog before payment. We confirm it in the order confirmation e-mail.
