We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

We are responsible for our own content under general law. For content uploaded or shared by users (e.g. scans, profiles, texts) we are liable under Art. 6 DSA only once we become aware of a specific infringement; we then remove or block it without undue delay.
